The Flyway announced its 2023-24 All-Conference teams this weekend after the No. 1 Laconia Spartans clinched back-to-back WIAA D4 state championships.

Spartan guard Tierney Madigan headlined the teams as Player of the Year. The junior surpassed the 1,000-point mark during the season. She finished top-10 in the league in scoring, rebounding, assists and steals.
Another pair of Spartans joined Madigan on the first team. Senior Callista VandeBerg, who finished as the third leading rebounder, and junior Aubrey Leonard, the league's assist leader, were first-team picks.
Winnebago Lutheran Academy had both of its 1,000-point scorers selected to the first team in seniors Lindsey Nell and Abby Cole. Both players were unanimous selections.

Nell led the Flyway in scoring with 17.9 points per game and Cole averaged 15.8 points and 15.5 rebounds per game. Cole also reached the 1,000-rebound club this season.
Omro's Julia Koch was the final player on the first team. Koch, who was also a unanimous pick, led the Foxes to a second-place finish in the Flyway, averaging 15.3 points per game.
The defensive team had another pair of Laconia players, Molly Duel and Eva Engel. Cole was the only player to be selected to the first team and defensive team.
NFDL sophomore Allison Now, Omro senior Madi Brooks and Springs junior Grace Coon were the remaining defensive team members.
The Morgan sisters headlined the second team. Payton, a junior, averaged 9.9 points and freshman Finley averaged 9.5 this season. Brooks and Now were both second teamers in addition to the defensive team. Lomira's Piersten Litterick and Springs' Gracie Konkol rounded out the second team.
