Colton Hagner hit a line drive between first and second base in the first inning of game one on Saturday afternoon and drove in Sawyer Schultis.
That put the Laconia Spartans on the board and the offense never looked back in 10-0 and 11-1 wins against Central Wisconsin Christian in a double-header from Taylor Park.
Logan Pluim started and won game one, surrendering just three hits and walking five.
Pluim helped himself out offensively, going 1-for-2 with three RBIs and a run scored.
Laconia (12-0) continued to manufacture runs using timely hitting and small ball. The Spartans stole 10 bases in the first game.
Schultis, who played shortstop in game one, stole three bases. He was on base three times.
The senior Schultis pitched and won game two. He went five innings and gave up three hits, striking out five.
In game two, Laconia collected 14 hits. Hagner stayed hot, going 3-for-5 and scoring twice; senior Keeton Grade was 3-for-4 with three runs and an RBI.
The Spartans scored in all every inning except for the fourth in game two, including a four-run fifth and a three-run sixth. Three of the four runs in the fifth inning were the result of CWC (5-7) errors.
