The WIAA released the state tournament brackets on Monday. Eight of the 10 Flyway soccer teams will compete in Division 4 while Campbellsport and North Fond du Lac United are in D3 and D2, respectively.

The United, which currently lead the Flyway, is the No. 11 seed in sectional 2 in D2. Its first-round match is against West De Pere next Tuesday. The Phantoms are 10-4-2 and winners of the Bay conference.

The top team in United's sectional is Cedarburg, which is ranked the top team in D2.

Lourdes/Valley Christian and Wayland Academy each earned No. 5 seeds in their respective sectionals. Lourdes/VC is in D4 sectional 2, Wayland is in sectional 3. All Flyway teams in D4 begin postseason play on Oct. 24.

Omro and St. Lawrence Seminary are both in sectional 2 along with Lourdes/VC. The Foxes are the No. 13 seed and St. Lawrence is No. 14.

Lourdes/VC's postseason run begins with a home match against 12th-seeded Providence Academy. Omro plays at No. 4 Roncalli and St. Lawrence at No. 3 Amherst.

Winnebago Lutheran, Central Wisconsin Christian, Mayville and Lomira are all in sectional 3 with Wayland. WLA is the sixth-seed, CWC the eighth, Mayville the 12th and Lomira the 13th.

That sets up a Flyway match for Wayland against Mayville. The two played less than a week ago with Wayland earning a 2-1 win.

WLA also has a familiar first-round opponent. The Vikings will host Watertown Luther Prep at the Fond du Lac Soccer Complex. The Vikings and Phoenix tied 0-0 this past Friday.

CWC will host Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld at Mulder Field. A win would likely set up a trip to Lake Country Lutheran in the second round.

Lomira's first-round trip will be to Madison Country Day.

Campbellsport is the lone Flyway team in D3. The Cougars are the No. 16 seed in sectional 2 and have to play in a play-in match against Little Chute. The winner will play at Sheboygan Christian/Sheboygan Lutheran.

The Cougars' only win of the year came to Little Chute on Sept. 23, a 4-0 win.
